Emmanuel Baldres (Argentina, 1987), known artistically as RMSES, is an audiovisual artist, creative director and independent creator.
His artistic work explores the intersection between ambient music, visual art, nature, melancholy and cosmic landscapes, creating immersive experiences where sound, image and narrative coexist.
RMSES is the creator and creative director behind Albor Sereno, an independent audiovisual music project born from a fascination with atmospheric soundscapes, solitude, nature and the vastness of the unknown. Within the project, he develops the conceptual direction of the music, visual identity, artwork, audiovisual pieces and narratives that accompany each release.
His creative process is based on experimentation and intuition, using digital tools as part of his artistic practice. Rather than following a single traditional discipline, his work moves freely between music production, audiovisual creation, visual experimentation and conceptual storytelling.
Through Albor Sereno, RMSES has developed a growing universe of sound and imagery, ranging from forests and frozen northern landscapes to deserted coastlines, lighthouses and distant stars.
From Turns and Boreal to The Lighthouse and Rasalhague, each release represents a different landscape and another stage in an ongoing exploration of emotion, memory, transformation and the relationship between humanity and the natural world.
I don't want to simply create music. I want to create places that people can enter.
